ADA 30:  a call for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

BCIL and the City of Boston Mayor’s Commission on Persons with Disabilities are hosted a virtual ADA rally on Wednesday, July 22 at 1:00.  We proclaimed disability rights with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion!

Among guest speakers was longtime disability rights activists Judy Heumann, Courtland Townes III and Sandy Ho. Pre-recorded messages on the ADA  were heard from Governor Baker, Congresswoman Pressley, Mayor Walsh,  Attorney General Healey, and DA Rachel Rollins.
