Join adaptive yoga every Tuesday at BCIL, 60 Temple Place, 5th Floor, Boston,  from 3-4 pm & on Wednesday from  6-7pm at the NonProfit Center, 89 South St, Boston. Mats & props provided.  Designed for people w/ chronic illnesses, recovering from injuries, & mobility impairments.   Adaptive yoga puts the focus on subtle body movements to create awareness and manage stress.  Mats and props provided.  Suggested donation is $5.
