Please stop by our resource table to say hello! \n\nThe 38th Annual Legislative Reception \nPlease join The Arc of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council for our 38th Annual Legislative Reception. This is an opportunity for persons with disabilities\, family members\, advocates\, state agency heads and their staff\, and legislators to meet and catch up on legislative priorities and other important issues. \nClick here to register. Online registration will stay open until March 8\, 2016\, and there will be walk-in registration at event. Deadline is March 4 for a printed nametag. \nCelebrating the Strength of Individuals and Families \nWednesday\, March 9\, 2016 \n10:30am-12:00pm \nGreat Hall\, The State House \nWe will be honoring Senator Joan Lovely and Representative Ronald Mariano. \nSpeaking on the theme:  Isaiah Lombardo and Angela Lombardo\, self-advocate and mother \nSpecial Presenters:  Senate President Stanley Rosenberg and House Speaker Robert DeLeo \nRegister Now! \nBefore or after the event\, meet with your legislators to discuss legislative priorities and issues of importance to persons with disabilities.  Team leaders will be available to escort small groups requesting assistance. \nPlease set up an appointment ahead of time to meet with your legislators\, and encourage them to attend the Legislative Reception.
