Semi-Annual Settlement Update Meeting:

Judge Patrick King will be hosting a semi-annual settlement update meeting on Wednesday June 8, 2022 via Zoom. Judge King will report on progress on the MBTA’s path towards compliance with the Daniels-Finegold v. MBTA settlement agreement focused on accessibility. The general manager and other MBTA officials will provide updates and answer questions about ongoing accessibility initiatives.
