Join us on November 17th for a public meeting focused on the MBTA’s ongoing efforts to make the MBTA the model for accessible public transportation following the transition from the Daniels-Finegold settlement to the 2025 Next Generation Agreement with the Boston Center for Independent Living.
Attendees will have an opportunity to share feedback directly with MBTA Senior Leadership, System-Wide Accessibility, the Riders’ Transportation Access Group, and others. We want to hear what’s working well and where more progress is needed to improve accessibility.
Accommodations
ASL interpreters and live captioning will be provided. Spanish interpreters will also be present. If you need additional accommodations, please email accessibility@mbta.com or call 857-327-3282.
