Join adaptive yoga via Zoom every Tuesday afternoon from 4-5 pm. Designed for people w/ chronic illnesses, recovering from injuries, & mobility impairments. Adaptive yoga puts the focus on subtle body movements to create awareness and manage stress. All experience levels welcome!
